Ensuring the Best Experience

At Cornerstone we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Barber. CANCELLATIONS

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice or missing your appointment without prior communication will be considered a no-show, and an administration fee will apply. This policy helps us respect the time of our team and other clients. Please note that all payments are non-refundable, including deposits or prepayments. We encourage rescheduling instead of canceling to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

APPOINTMENT POLICY

In order to prevent misunderstanding we take a 2-pronged confirmation of bookings. 

Please note that both confirmations are necessary for service.

3)Payment to be made before service

LATE ARRIVALS

Inform Us in Advance

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.

Cornerstone reserves the right to change your appointment timing/rebook/reschedule you at its own discretion and convenience. Any inconvenience is deeply regretted.
